Terms of Service

Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Azimah Tech applications and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, which constitute a legally binding agreement under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Saudi law to use our services. By using our applications, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

User Accounts

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately at azimahtec@gmail.com of any unauthorized account access
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

Our Services

Azimah Tech provides a marketplace platform connecting customers with event service providers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We act as an intermediary and are not a party to the contracts between customers and providers.

For Customers:

• Browse and discover verified event service providers
• Book services and make secure payments through Paymob
• Track orders and communicate with providers
• Leave honest reviews and ratings after service completion

For Service Providers:

• List and manage your services with accurate descriptions and pricing
• Receive and fulfill customer orders in a timely manner
• Maintain required licenses and permits for your business
• Comply with all applicable Saudi laws and regulations

Payments, Fees & VAT

• All prices are displayed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include 15% Value Added Tax (VAT) as required by ZATCA
• Payments are processed securely through Paymob, a licensed payment processor
• Service providers set their own prices and are responsible for their accuracy
• Azimah Tech charges a platform commission as disclosed to providers during registration
• Electronic invoices will be issued for all transactions in compliance with ZATCA e-invoicing requirements

Cancellations & Refunds

Our cancellation and refund policy complies with Saudi consumer protection regulations:

• Customers may cancel orders before provider acceptance for a full refund
• Cancellations after acceptance are subject to the provider's cancellation policy (displayed before booking)
• Refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method
• Disputes should be reported within 7 days of service delivery

Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

• Use the service for any purpose that violates Saudi law or Islamic principles
• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Offer or request services that are prohibited in Saudi Arabia
• Interfere with the platform's security or proper functioning
• Harass, abuse, or discriminate against other users
• Circumvent the payment system or platform fees
• Copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission

Intellectual Property

The Azimah Tech name, logo, app design, and all related trademarks, service marks, and content are the exclusive property of Azimah Tech. Users may not use, copy, or distribute these materials without prior written permission. Service providers retain ownership of their content but grant us a license to display it on the platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Saudi law: (a) Azimah Tech acts only as an intermediary platform and is not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by third-party providers; (b) We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; (c) Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question; (d) We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service availability.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Azimah Tech and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of our services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; (d) any content you submit to the platform.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including but not limited to: the E-Commerce Law, Consumer Protection Law, Personal Data Protection Law, and Anti-Commercial Fraud Law. The competent courts in Jeddah shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services: (a) immediately for violation of these Terms; (b) immediately for fraudulent or illegal activity; (c) with 30 days notice for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately, but provisions regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, or pandemic-related restrictions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via the app or email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you disagree with changes, you may close your account before the effective date.
